An Organization is as Strong as its People

Jim Sedgwick is the creative principal of the the agency. Originally from Del Mar, CA, Jim moved north to Pasadena to attend the prestigious Art Center College of Design where he graduated with honors in advertising.

Jim has a passion for design that not only looks great, but also works hard for his clients. Jim ultimately judges his work the same place as his clients, at the cash register. Mr. Sedgwick’s client experience ranges from cutting edge fashion accounts to financial service firms, and from meeting start-ups in living rooms to presenting in Fortune 1000 company boardrooms.

In his spare time, Jim organizes and leads building teams to Northern Mexico where over the last several years he has helped build homes for 20 poor families living in terrible conditions. Jim is currently in the planning stages of building an orphanage in Rosarito, Mexico.

Hamilton’s philosophy grew from the experience and knowledge its founder, Darrell Hamilton. Prior to starting the agency, Darrell was Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing and Client Services for Dailey and Associates and the youngest account supervisor ever at Grey Advertising. In addition to his agency experience, Darrell was the Senior Vice President of Marketing for Great Western Bank, where he created and implemented the highly regarded ‘John Wayne’ campaign. Darrell is also credited with creating and supervising two of the top 100 campaigns of the 20th Century, according to Columbia University. With Masters degrees in Law and Radio, Television and Film, Darrell’s knowledge and experience has helped shape every bit of this agency.
